If you register same day your name on the results will be listed as Late Registation and Female Age 99 until we can change it. Internet is poor in this area so it is challenging to update it same day. You will have your times but may have to reference it to see if you will get an award.

Triathlons prohibit ear phones for safety of the racers. There are a lot of moving parts with cyclists crossing near runners. Racers need to be able to hear another racing saying they want to pass or a volunteer or staff member giving instruction. This is a standard rule for triathlons.

Water on the Run only. Not the bike. You must carry your own water bottle. The Run has one at 1.55 mile and for the olympic also 3.1 miles and 4.65. Water, Powerade, Aid Station Kit. This kit includes Body lotion, Muscle Rub, Feminine Napkins, Bandaids
At the transition area under your bike is a great place to put your race stuff.
