The Southern Utah Triathlon is a great race held at Quail Creek Reservoir. This location is only 10 mins away from locations like St George, Hurricane and Sandhollow Reservoir. This is a great Sprint Course and the Olympic is done in a F1 Format meaning that the Sprint it repeated. This course is not easy but beautiful.

These aid stations have water, Powerade, Aid Station Kit. Aid Station Kits include Bandaids, Feminine Napkins, Body Lotion, Muscle Rub. There is decline on the way out.
Transition Area
The transition area starts with the Swim In. The Bike In and out are on the South end of the transition area. The Run out is on the North end of the transition area. The goal with a transition area is to place the exits and entrances where they are equal amounts on either side, so if you park you bike at the North, South or Center you will have the same distance to get out of the transition area. Obviously it is not perfect so be there when the transition area opens race morning to get the best bike parking location.
No one but registered athletes are allowed in the transition area. Sorry no one can help you rack your bike and set up.
